19 Countries 80% of Global CO2 Emissions:
Ron Witt of the United Nations Environment Programs’ (UNEP) Division of Early Warning Assessment observed that “the overall global population growth-rate is slowing even while global population continues to climb.” Fossil Fuel use also continues to rise.
Other key issues highlighted by the report include:

Diminishing glaciers (Bottom PHOTO Above) which have influenced the current rise in sea-levels, threatening the well-being of approximately one sixth of the world’s population.
