The Earth’s survival is a mutual concern. Borders nor culture can long insulate us from the curse of ecological abuse and degradation. Individuals and groups may perceive the reality differently though even as imminent threat intrudes our waters, soils and skies. International cooperation is frequently heralded, sometimes sincerely pursued but it is a methodology than could optimize benefits to all humankind – cleaner environment, more efficient, carbon neutral resource utilization, preserving natural habitats and biodiversity.
