Film Annex's founder and president, Francesco Rulli, talks about his new initiative, the Afghan Development Project. Recently, Rulli collaborated with Citadel's Roya Mahboob to create a web channel called The Afghan Development Web TV: http://webtvs.filmannex.com/AfghanDevelopment. He explains the initiative's missions as one that shows people the new face of Afghanistan by broadcasting current event videos, interviews, and news clips as well as archival material directly from the Afghan Young Development. In this interview Rulli answers questions about the project and the future of Afghanistan including building school in Afghanistan with Internet classrooms to connect over 160,000 children to the global community of the World Wide Web.
